How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Lucca is a little town rich of art and culture and well known as the jewel of Tuscany. The town has a splendid and unique town wall, perfectly conserved, on which there is an avenue where one could have a walk or go by bike.
The views over the “Apuan” mountains or over the churches, towers, old “palazzos” and narrow lanes full of nooks and canneries are just beautiful. This great apartment lies in the heart of the historic centre, inside of a prestigious and noble palazzo and also near the “Fillungo”, a commercial street, where you will find nice boutiques and within short walking distance there are bars and characteristic restaurants.
Access through a “loggia” and stairs to the 1st floor: big entrance with a couch, large living room with couch and upholstered furniture, TV,Sat, video, radio, phone, big windows, 1 main double bedroom with a couch and armchairs, fireplace and exit onto a small balcony, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee,machine, 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, wc, bidet, dining room, 1 double bedroom, stairs to the upper floor: utility room with washing machine.
It disposes of 2 garages. The furnishings are antique and prestigious, the ceilings are very high and some of them with “a frescos”, in some rooms parquet tiled floors. The apartment is very bright thanks to the big windows. The guests have at their disposal 10 bikes to be used in common with the apartment other 2 apartments.
