How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Lucca is a little town rich of art and culture and well known as one of the “jewels” of Tuscany. The town has a splendid and unique town wall, perfectly preserved, where you may take peasants walks or rides. From the walls you may also enjoy wonderful views onto the “Apuan” mountains, onto the churches, towers and narrow lanes of the city.
This is a large apartment is located right into the historic centre, inside a prestigious palazzo and within walking distance from “Via Fillungo”, the commercial street, where you will find nice shops and cafés. Lucca is also a good base for touring the other famous Tuscan towns such as Florence, Pisa, Siena.
Access through a “loggia” and stairs to the 3rd floor:
1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower/wc/bidet, utility room (closed, availability only for the owner), 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower/wc/bidet, large living room with couch and upholstered furniture, SAT-TV access to the terrace with table and chairs, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, laundry with washing machine. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable.
The apartment has air conditioning, is very bright thanks to the big windows, and has beautiful view over Lucca. Terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings. The guests have at their disposal 10 bikes to be used in common with the apartment other 2 apartments.
