How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

“Appartamento Anthea” is a charming stone house finely refurbished and converted into a holiday home. The house lies amidst olive groves and old trees but it is only within 5 Km from the centre and Km 21 from the coast. The spacious 2000 sqm sized garden is equipped with table and chairs, sun-lounges, gazebo and barbecue and features a swimming pool not set in the earth (5,49 m x 2,74 m depht 1,20 m) for the only use of the house’s guests.
Guests may chill out in the beautiful garden, take a walk on the lovely countryside around the house or explore the nearby Lucca together with other famous Tuscan towns such as Pisa, Florence and Siena.Within an external staircase access to the 1st floor (considered from the back of the house also as ground floor as the house lies hillside) which consists of: entrance, kitchen cum dining-room with stove(4 flames)/oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, living room with a large fireplace, sofa, upholstered chairs, table, radio/stereo, exit onto the back of the garden by means of large window/door, 1 double bedroom (beds may be divided) + 1 baby- bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 canopy bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet. Extra bed available upon request.
The ground floor of the house remains closed (it is not inhabited).
Upon request it is possible to have to 2 extra beds at 75 € per week each for adults and at 50 € each for children. The house is furnished with great care in rustic style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, antique pieces of furniture and colourful tapestry. Parking within the property.
