How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Lucca is a beautiful art town which is surrounded by a completely intact town wall. You may discover the historical centre with its wonderful “palazzi”, churches, traditional boutiques, characteristic markets und charming restaurants. Various events taking place during the year animate the city picture and are therefore making it an ideal destination for your next holidays (comics event, Lucca Digital Photo festival, Summer festival – rock, jazz, pop concerts, Murabilia – plants expo on the town wall). Lucca disposes furthermore of an optimal base to explore the nearby art cities such as Pisa or Florence (also possible by train) or to visit the long sandy beaches of the Versilia coast.
Appartamento Lucette is a spacious and bright apartment, located in the heart of the town, only a few steps from the main shopping lane “Via Fillungo” away. The apartment lies on the 2nd floor, within 12 steps (internal staircase) access to a kitchen with stove (4 flammes), oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, filter coffee machine, toaster. Within 4 steps (to the left of the entrance) access to a double bedroom with cupboard and 2 windows, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom with attic – 1 single bed in the room, 1 single bed in the attic (wooden staircase not convenient for small children), corridor, big and bright living room with 1 couch (3 seats), 2 upholstered chairs, fire-place, table, chairs and TV. The living room is to the south and disposes of 2 windows which gives this room much light. You have wonderful views from this room onto the top of the Guinigi tower which overtops the roofs of the town. 1 utility room with washing machine, 1 bathroom with tub, wc and bidet. The furnishings are tasteful – beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, parquet tiled floors in the bedrooms, 1 fan.
