How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The flat Appartamento Margherita is a little gem located in the historical centre of Lucca. By choosing this apartment you will be sure to enjoy your holiday to the full. The apartment disposes also of a garage which is a rarity for the historical city centre. The apartment has an excellent position: you can reach easily the city walls for a wholesome walk, you can taste local specialties in the nearby restaurants and you have many shopping possibilities within walking distance.
Appartamento Margherita is a very bright apartment with tasteful furnishings. The building has a small outside area for common use of all the tenants. In the basement there are a washing machine and clothes-horse along with table and chairs that guests may take out to the outside area. The art cities of Tuscany (Pisa, Florence, Siena) and the coast can be reached easily by public transportation. Clients can also rent bikes to explore Lucca and store them in the garage of the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor: entrance, 1 bathroom with a small bathtub,, WC, basin, 1 double bedroom with closet, chest of drawers, 1 living room with 1 double bed settee, Sat-TV – here there is a sliding door leading to the dining room which can be closed in order that this room becomes an independent “bedroom”, 1 dining room with 1 double bed settee, dining table, stereo – also here the door can be closed separating the living room in order that this room becomes an independent “bedroom”. 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin, kitchen with stove, oven, dish-washer, a small counter with stools, fridge-freezer. The apartment features antique Tessieri floors. 1 parking space in the garage.
