How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The tiny, old city of Lucca has a special charm that you will hardly find elsewhere. The city wall has preserved the art treasures almost intact and prevented that they were altered in the course of the time. Among these, it is worth mentioning: Piazza Anfiteatro with its characteristic oval shape, the Guinigi Tower and the medieval buildings, the cathedral of San Martino, the beautiful San Michele and Palazzo Pfanner which was chosen by many film directors as location for their films such as the popular “Portrait of a Lady” by Jane Campion starring Nicole Kidman.
Besides the historic sites, Lucca is also well known for being the hometown of the musician Giacomo Puccini, whose operas are famous worldwide. The whole year round the city centre hosts cultural events (concerts, exhibitions, etc.) inspired by its works. Just 25 km from the centre lies Torre del Lago, where Puccini spent most of its life. Today the area organizes an open air theatre where the Festival Pucciniano takes place during the summer.
Appartamento Noel is located on the mezzanine floor (7 steps) of an antique building in the historic centre of Lucca and is composed as follows:
Kitchen/dining room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, American coffee machine, toaster. Living area with sofa, Sat-TV, utility/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, 1 double bedroom with canopy bed, 1 en-suite Bathroom with wc and basin, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet.
The apartment has been furnished with great care by mixing some modern and some antique pieces of furniture. Air-conditioning.
