How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.
How to pay

The apartment is located in a historical palazzo of Lucca. Enjoy your holidays in Lucca: discover this charming town with its unique town wall, the narrow lanes, the elegant boutiques, the characteristic markets and the many excellent restaurants and wine bars.
By renting an apartment in the centre, you do not really need a car: the nearby Tuscan art cities (Florence, Pisa, Siena) and the beach can easily reached by public transportation. Lucca itself hosts many events in the Summer months: classical and rock/pop concerts, open air cinema, exhibitions, historical parades etc.
It is situated on the ground floor and consists of: entrance hall, studio, 1 bathroom made of marble with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, living-dining room with TV, couch, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed, open-plan kitchen with fire-place, stove, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, laundry room with washing machine, second entrance (which is not being used) and second bathroom with shower, wc and bidet.
The apartment is well-cared, antique pieces of furniture, beamed ceilings, terracotta and Tessieri tiled floors.
