How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This old mansion built in the 19th century lies at the bottom of the most beautiful hills of the “Lucchesia”. The three apartments were completely restored by maintaining the old traditions of the mansions in this area, furnished in antique and rustic style.
They are equipped with every kind of comfort. The holiday homes are surrounded by a spacious park (approx. 20.000 sqm) with pine and olive trees and a meadow. Here you will also find the swimming pool set in earth 12,80 x 6,40m, deep: 1,20m. You may relax and sunbath in the deckchairs around the pool; there is also an external shower at the guests’ disposal. The pool is also used by the owner.
Appartamento Zinie lies on the wine road (strada del vino) and close to Collodi, the native town of the author of the famous fairytale Pinocchio. The beaches of the Versilia, the therapeutic springs of Montecatini and the art towns such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence are within an easy reach. Entrance: living-dining room with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dish-washer, 1 couch, 2 armchairs, TV, utility room with washing machine, 1 double bedroom with direct access to a bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, spiral staircase to the mezzanine, 1 double bed settee, 1 twin bedroom. The apartment is furnished very tasteful, there are beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors and there is air,conditioning. There is a private outdoor area at the guests’ disposal equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque. Parking within the grounds.
