How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The Agriturismo is in the heart of the Valdichiana, in an interesting natural environment, surrounded by places imbued in history like the Etruscan Cortona, the Castle of Montecchio and the old medieval villages of Castiglion Fiorentino, Lucignano and Foiano della Chiana.
The old barn has been carefully renovated and divided into four comfortable apartments, all with air conditioning, dish-washer, oven, toaster and satellite TV.
The owners house is next to the barn and they are available to provide any information needed. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden with olives, cypressus and other types of tree, where each apartment has its own external space equipped with table and chairs for eating outside.
To one side of the garden, in a position where it is exposed to the sun all day, there is a beautiful swimming pool (5x12m - depth 1.20-1.50m). There is also a common room with a large fireplace, furnished with sofas and a large table where everyone can come together for the typical dinners, and a bathroom. There is a laundry room for everyone's use. During the holiday the owner will be glad to offer a dinner to the clients.
Ground floor apartment with independent entrance made up of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa, double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Possibility to add a single bed.
EQUIPMENT: dish washer, communal washing machine, Sat TV, oven, freezer, toaster.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Air conditionning Euro 1,00 per hour per apartment
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
