How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

In the heart of the fertile Chiana Valley, between large fields cultivated with cereal, corn and sunflower and beautiful hills dominated by ancient hamlet, villas or farm houses surrounded by vineyards and olive grove, there is a pleasant small villa.
A few kilometres the small town of Lucignano, with its medieval walls, overlooks the whole Chiana Valley and is one of the more characteristic hamlet of southern Tuscany.
During the year it offer cultural and folk events of international importance. All around the house a wide green space entirely fenced and in a sunny position a nice swimming pool (5 x 10 m., depth 1,20-1,65 m.). At full guest's disposal the barbecue and the laundry.
The house is comfortably furnished and will be a good starting point to visits the most important art cities of central Italy.
GROUND FLOOR: Living-dining room with kitchenette, fire place and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Porch equipped with outdoor furniture suitable for "al fresco" eating.
FIRST FLOOR: two double bedroom, two twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with shower and bath.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, satellite Tv, filter coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, kettle, highchair.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Swimming pool, table, chairs, barbecue.
