How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The beautiful farmhouse is situated in the hills covered by olive groves, between Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, in an extremely panoramic position with a splendid view of the superb castle of Montecchio and of the whole of the eastern part of the Chiana valley.
Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, only a short drive away, are two of the major towns of the valley and promote cultural and folk events of international importance throughout the year.
The house is surrounded by a cool, fenced garden, equipped with garden furniture and shaded by olive trees, where one can rest on hot summer days enjoying the shade and admiring the attractive view below. The house, furnished with rustic furniture, is well-kept and comfortable.
GROUND FLOOR: Portico suitable for eating in the open, kitchen, sitting/dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing-machine, iron and ironing board, satellite-Tv, oven, toaster.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person with a minimum of Euro 35.
