How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

San Giustino Valdarno is a small town in the upper Arno valley, which the suggestive “Sette Ponti” way passes through, in many places tracing out the same tortuous route of an old Roman road once called the “Cassia Vetus”, and along which one can find important historic references dating back to the time of the Roman Empire.
The attractive house, situated near the town, can be reached from an unmade road (about 1 km), and has been cleverly renovated to provide a comfortable holiday home with high standard internal fittings and elegant, comfortable, good quality furniture.
The house is situated on the slopes of Pratomagno, the splendid mountain range which separates the Arno valley from Casentino and provides infinite possibilities for nature excursions on foot or by mountain bike, along well sign-posted routes.
Or visit the most important art cities in Tuscany, since Arezzo is just 20 minutes drive away and Siena and Florence less than an hour’s drive.
In front of the house is a large garden surrounded by luxuriant olive groves and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, wood burning oven as well as the 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), in a sunny and panoramic position.
GROUND FLOOR: laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: access from an outside staircase and loggia, this is composed of a large sitting room with double sofa bed, dining room with fireplace giving onto the kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath and shower.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, dish-washer, oven, microwave, iron and iron board, high chair, lemon squeezer, moka coffee machine, ice-crusher, coffee grinder, food processor, electric mixer, small hi-fi with CD, mosquito nets, Tv-Sat.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person with a minimum of Euro 60.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each
