How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful villa set harmoniously amongst the vine and olive covered hills which mark the boundary of the vast and fertile valley of the Chiana to the east.
From the house there is a magnificent view of the entire ValdiChiana all the way to the first Sienese hills dominated by the majestic Mount Amiata and Mount Cetona.
The nearby Castiglion Fiorentino, rich in Etruscan and Roman remains, is today a quiet little town offering its visitors art, culture and folklore throughout the year.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden with a beautiful swimming pool, 6 x 12 m dept 1,00-1,50 m with jacuzzi. It also has a garage, laundry room and SAT TV.
In front of the villa, a natural terrace overlooking the valley below is equipped with sun umbrellas, tables and chairs, making it possible to have lunch out in the open.
The house has been furnished with valuable antique furniture; the attention to detail combined with the mod cons provided guarantee a holiday in a luxurious and charming environment, with all the modern comforts.
GROUND FLOOR: Large sitting room with antique stone fireplace and dining room which open out onto the terrace, kitchen, walking trough living room, suite made up of small dressing room with built in cupboard, bathroom with bath and double bedroom.
FIRST FLOOR: large sitting room with panoramic terrace and double sofa bed, suite made up of large dressing room with built in cupboard, bathroom with bath and double bedroom with terrace, two twin bedrooms, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom awith en-suite bathroom with shower.
ATTIC: large loft with double bed, little sitting room and bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: filter coffee machine, freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, oven, tv-sat, small hoover, iron and ironing board, moka coffee maker, microwaves.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
