How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful holiday villa surrounded by a large garden on several levels, and set on the edge of an oak wood, which guarantees maximum privacy. The area around the villa is fascinating and full of tradition, with features typical of the unique Tuscan countryside.
Its proximity to historical and cultural centres offers the opportunity to spend an unforgettable holiday surrounded by art and nature.
At 3 kilometers from the house there is the ancient medieval village of Lucignano, one of the most interesting towns of Southern Tuscany, renowned for its unusual design, dominated by imposing tower of the fortress.
In the large garden surrounding the villa tall trees shade the completely fenced area equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and table tennis.
Few meter far from the villa is a beautiful 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 1,00 - 1,40 m).The villa has satellite TV and has comfortable good quality furnishings.
GROUND FLOOR: Large and bright sitting/dining room with fireplace facing the portico, which is equipped with tables and chairs suitable for outdoor dining, kitchen, twin bedroom, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, bathroom with shower.
ATTIC: Accessed by a spiral staircase. Double bedroom with the possibility to add another single bed, bathroom with shower.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, iron and ironing board, high chair, dish-washer, washing machine, oven, DVD and CD player, SAT TV, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, Wi-Fi Internet access.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT : swimming pool, sunbeds, table, chairs, table tennis and barbecue.
