How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Where the steep hills of the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona and the huge ancient walls meet the fertile Val di Chiana, bread basket of Rome in olden days, you will find the Villa.
A beautiful and comfortable villa, ideal for those who want modern comforts in traditional surroundings. In a wood of pines and tall trees there is a beautiful swimming pool ( 6 x 12 m depth 0,80 - 2,00 m) with children area (2 m diameter, 0,40 depht) . At full guest's disposal slide for children, table tennis and barbecue.
The villa is placed in a convenient location to visit the southern part of Tuscany. Cortona, a old Etruscan town is only 10 minutes driving far.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance from a large porch equipped with chairs and a table for eating outdoors, large sitting room with fireplace, large kitchen/dining room, bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. Down a short staircase there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.
This room has direct access to the garden and to the pool. FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. A short staircase leads to a bright mansard with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and to a panoramic terrace with beautiful view on Cortona.
EQUIPMENT: Sat-TV, washing machine, dish-washer, freezer, oven, iron, microwave, fly screens, internat access (WI-FI).
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only.
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
