How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This lovely property is located on the countryside south of Lucca, in direction of Pisa, in the plain also known as “compitese”. Colognora di Compito is an old village nowadays very popular for the production of olive oil. The whole area has been provided in the last years with several walking paths which lead across the countryside, far away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
This is a spacious house which has been divided into 3 units (the owners live in on of them). The other 2 units have been converted into cosy holiday homes with independent access, which may suit ideally two families travelling together.
The two holiday homes share a large (3.000 sqm), well kept and completely fenced garden where guests have in common use a round, in-ground pool (diameter 9,5m – depth 1,40mt/1,20mt) equipped with sun umbrellas and sun lounges.
Guests may chill out in the shade of the trees in the garden and dive into the pool before eating al fresco under the lovely gazebo equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Both units have their own private gazebo with independent access from either sides
The unit consists of: entrance on the ground floor in the kitchen with table, chairs, stove (6 flames), large fridge with freezer, large electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, flat SAT-TV, piano, sofa, fireplace, exit door which leads from the living room into the garden at the gazebo area where guests may find table and chairs.
Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with WC, bidet, hydro massage shower and Turkish bath, 1 single bedroom with air-conditioning, 1 double bedroom with SAT TV and air-conditioning.
Stairs to the 2nd floor: 1 bathroom with whirlpool tub, wc, bidet, 1 single bedroom with 1 single and 1 folding out bed and air conditioning, 1 double bedroom with SAT TV and air-conditioning.
The house is furnished in modern style and very well appointed, floors with fitted carpet in the bedrooms.
