How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The lovely surroundings of Lucca are plain of smooth hills covered with silver shining olive groves and wine yards, characteristic villages, which maintained their old traditions and charm. This beautiful rustico, which was carefully restored and converted into a comfortable holiday home, lies at the border of the village of S. Ginese, on a panoramic spot with magnificent views on the “campagna”.
The nearby villages such as Colle, S.Andrea, Ruota or Castelvecchio are inviting the guests to have a walk, to go by bike or by horse. Maybe you will be tempted by the local “trattorias” which are serving excellent specialities accompanied by a glass of wine.
Villa Flora is situated in a ideal spot, amidst nature and even though near to everything which you will need for a relaxing holiday. The villa disposes of a big garden, there is a private swimming pool (7,20x3,60m, deep: 1,25m), a table, chairs and sun-umbrella. This property is a brilliant choice for a big family or friends who wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or to discover the treasures which Tuscany is offering.
The rustico is composed of: entrance, living room with upholstered furniture, TV (it is possible to have Sky by paying an extra amount of 30,00 Euro/week on the spot), video, radio, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, dining room, fireplace, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV, utility room with washing machine.
1st floor: 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 big bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 2 sinks.
2nd floor: attic (walk-through-room) with 1 double bed settee (possibility of 1 additional bed), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
Well-cared furnishings, bathroom in marble (the one on the ground floor and 1st floor), parquet tiled floors on the 1st floor. Next to the house there is a pergola equipped with a table and chairs. A traditional brick barbecue is available for the guests use. The big garden is partially fenced (has an electric entrance gate), on the property there is another small rustico, in which sometimes the owner lives. Parking within the grounds.
Wi-Fi Internet connection available at 10,00 € per week.
