How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This rustico is located in the small village of S.Giusto, within short distance to Lucca, in a nice and quiet position. It has been carefully restored and converted into a cosy holiday home. It is attached on one side to another house.
The house disposes of a spacious garden, completely fenced (about 3’500 sqm), a swimming pool (10,50 x 5,50m, deep: 1.35m), partially set in earth, of a table, chairs, barbeque, sun-umbrella and deckchairs to enjoy your outdoor life to the full. Guests may reach easily the most important cities of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence or Siena and the sandy beaches of the Versilian coast.
Entrance on the ground floor: living room with two sofas, TV, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, fireplace, exit onto the garden, utility room, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with a hydro massage tub, wc/bidet.
The second floor remain closed to the public.
The house is furnished with care and in rustic style with terracotta tiled floor and beamed ceilings.
The property is also equipped with burglar alarm, illuminated swimming pool, utility room with washing machine and 3 mountain bikes are at the guests’ disposal.
The owners will be very pleased to offer their guests a welcome dinner with pizza and beer. Parking within the property.
