How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a spacious property which belongs to a large farm (which comprises various buildings) and is located along the wine road amidst vineyards and olive groves. The property comprises a mansion (which may sleep up to 11 people) and a holiday home (which may sleep 5 people) completely independent from each other.
It has an external area equipped with a gazebo, sun lounges and a beautiful swimming pool completely set in the earth (12m x 6, deep. 1,5 m) and for the common use of the units. The pool lies 200m away from the house in a quiet, sunny position with splendid views onto the nearby hills. Guest will have the possibility of buying the excellent wines (Merlot) and olive oil produced within the farm.
This holiday home is part a big country house and is attached on one side to the farm. Entrance on the ground floor: hall, dining room with fireplace, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, espresso coffee-machine, exit onto the outdoor area, living room with sofas and armchairs, TV, radio, 1 bathroom with a small shower, WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 communicating double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower, WC/bidet, 1 room with 1 double bed-settee, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. An external utility room with washing machine to share.
The house has its own private outdoor area roughly 20 m from the house and equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, sun umbrella and sun lounges.
Internet connection available.
The house has a simple but comfortable furnishings with terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings in some of the rooms.
Parking close to the house.
