How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This apartment and an other holiday home are set amidst in the small borgo of Chiatri which lies on the hills that are separating Lucca from the sea.
Lucca is also well known for being the hometown of the musician Giacomo Puccini, whose operas are famous worldwide. The first house belonging to Puccini was located exactly in the village of Chiatri. Here Puccini used to spend his holidays.
From the holiday homes you have wonderful views onto the lake of Massaciuccoli, Viareggio and the sea. The area is ideal for relaxing walks or trips by bicycles in the near nature. The beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast are within an easy reach.
On the back of the holiday home there is a small outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs. Ground floor: entrance into a kitchen with microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, stove, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Within an external stairway access to the 1st floor: 1 room with 1 double bed settee, 1 single bed. The furnishings are partially modern, simple but convenient for a holiday home. Parking in the vicinity.
