How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

"Casa Marie" is an old lovely stone cottage, which is located in a sunny and dreamlike position. It is set amidst a silver shining olive grove and because of its hillier position, owns magnificent views onto the surroundings as on the sea which leaves you breathless.
Guests will find here a peaceful and paradise oasis. Here you may relax to the top– read in the shadows of the olive trees, jump to refresh yourself into the swimming pool (diameter 4m,out of the ground, with chlorine) and let the evening end by taking a drink or a dining on the veranda. The immediate surroundings proposes themselves for a stroll. The never ending white sandy beaches can be reached simply and fast. For a change you can discover the art cities (Lucca, Pisa, Florence, Siena, a.s.o.). There are deckchairs for sunbathing at the guests’ disposal and the covered outdoor area is equipped with a table and chairs such as a barbecue. The last part of the street leading to the house (150m) has to be done on foot following a romantic path, the owner has a wheelbarrow for your luggage.
Entrance: Living room with 1 double bed settee, 1 armchair, Sat-TV, DVD, radio, kitchen table, kitchen angle with (2 fires) stove, fire place, fridge with freezer compartment, American coffee machine, stairs leading to the first floor (mezzanine) with 1 French bed (160x200cm), 1 bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet. External washing machine. The owner is an interior designer, and furnished the house with a lot of taste – Terracotta pavements, wooden beamed ceilings, happy colored walls. The result is a real jewel to fall in love with. On the last stretch of road which leads to the property you have to walk a romantic path, the owners have a hand-cart for your luggage. (Through the dirt road about 150 walking meters to the property or from the regular road to the download place about 350 m to the property)”
