How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Casetta Aurinia is a lovely holiday home located on the countryside nearby the beautiful hilltop village of Montecarlo, on the hills east of Lucca. The house lies in secluded position within short distance from the residential area of the village. It is surrounded by gentle sloping hills covered by olive grooves and has gorgeous views onto Pescia, Uzzano and Montecatini.
Though being in the open countryside, the house is conveniently located: it has all basic services nearby (like pharmacy, post office, groceries and easy access to the motorway), as well as an easy connection with Lucca. The coast is likewise easy to reach via the motorway which is in 10 min driving distance from the house.
Besides, the house has a spacious and well-kept garden, completely fenced, with a pool (out of the earth, size 8x4m, depth 1,32m) where guests may relax and bathe in the sun. For the children there is a funny slide for playing under the supervision of their parents.
On one side of the house there is, also, a lovely veranda equipped with a table, chairs, kitchenette with small gas oven and sink for cooking and eating al fresco during the beautiful Summer nights while enjoying the great views onto the surrounding countryside.
The interiors of the house are composed as follows: the dining/living room is accessed by the veranda on one side of the house. It is furnished with a table, chairs, 1 double sofa-bed, fire-place and TV. Next to the living-dining room there is the kitchen with oven, stove (4 burners), basin, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, toaster and American coffee-machine.
1 single bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 folding bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washing machine.
The house has been refurbished recently and furnished in modern and functional style.
Parking within the grounds outside the gate.
