How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This carefully restored “rustico” converted into a perfect holiday home lies only a few kilometres away from Lucca, in a quiet and sunny spot. It is situated amidst smooth hills and covered with olive groves. This holiday home is an ideal choice: you have the advantage to rent a cottage in the country where you may relax in the sun or have a walk and even though the historic centre of Lucca and the art towns of Tuscany such as Pisa, Florence or Siena are within an easy reach.
The surroundings of it (4’000 sqm), the big terrace equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and deck-chairs, oven/barbeque made of stone are inviting guests to dine in the outdoor and to enjoy the special atmosphere and the nice views onto the plain.
Ground floor: spacious living room with dining table, small kitchenette, 1 double bed settee, fire-place, exit onto the garden, ante-bathroom with washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, stairs to the 1st floor (also ground floor because the house is built hilly side): living-dining room with upholstered furniture, TV, fire-place, dining table, kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, exit onto the terrace. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
The furnishings are well cared and in rustic style, there is a mixture of modern and antique pieces, some of the walls have visible stones, beamed ceilings. External utility room, parking next to the house.
Air condition in all bedrooms (extra to be paid on the spot upon electricity consumption).
