How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This Villa offers its guests an exclusive ambiance – spacious living rooms with a frescos on the walls and ceilings. The outdoor area is quiet and ideal for a special and relaxing holiday. The nearby art cities such as Pisa, Florence, Siena and Montecatini can all be reached with an hour by car.
Entrance into a spacious living room with a big fire,place, couches and upholstered furniture. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, antique stone sink, fire,place, 1 double bedroom with TV, 1 bathroom with tub/shower (with hydro massage), wc, bidet, 1 separate toilet.
Stone stairs to the 1st floor: huge living room with upholstered furniture, piano, exit onto the garden (on the back of the villa), external utility room with washing machine, iron etc., 1 double bedroom with cot, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized four poster bed (140 cm) with fire,place, 1 spacious bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom, 1 small bathroom with wc, bidet, basin.
There is a veranda in front of the house equipped with table and chairs, barbeque for your dining al fresco. Well,cared furnishings in country style with some antique pieces. There is a private chapel with the grounds. Parking next to the villa.
