How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The holiday home Villa Rhoda is the ideal choice for your holiday in Tuscany. This charming house, completely independent, located in excellent position, with a private swimming pool (diameter 10m and depth 1,30m) offers you the comfort of 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the house you may easily reach on foot a restaurant and a grocery.
Villa Rhoda is located on the countryside, south of Lucca, in direction of Pisa: the city centre of Lucca is really around the corner and the other famous Tuscan towns such as Pisa, Firenze and Siena are ideal day-trip destinations. The coast of Versilia and its beautiful beaches are likewise easily reached by car. Those who love the countryside and life in the open-air will be happy to have breakfast or to dine al fresco within the beautiful garden of the house in the company of a good bottle of local wine.
Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen/dining room with fireplace, 2 sofas, SAT-tv, kitchen with exit door onto the garden, table, electrical oven/stove, dish-washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer, anteroom and bathroom with shower, wc. Staircase to the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with shower (cubicle), wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawer, baby-bed, 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom with wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower (cubicle), wc and bidet, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet.
In front of the house there is an outside area furnished with table, chairs, barbecue and sun umbrella. Parking next to the house.
The house is furnished tastefully and still preserves original structural elements such as unrendered masonry, terracotta tiles floors. The walls are painted in pastel colours.
