How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The little village of Massa Macinaia is situated in the south of Lucca. This village gained its name because of the water mills which grinded the corn and are still visibly today. The villa lies in the greenery and next to the village Massa Macinaia. Villa delle Bambole has big windows (designed in arc form) and generous terraces.
This holiday home is an ideal spot to have walks in the near surroundings or to make excursions to the art towns of Tuscany which are within an easy reach. Or maybe you just want to relax with a glass of wine at the swimming pool.
Within a big loggia entrance into: living-dining room with couch, dining-table, fire-place, TV-Sat, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, exit onto the garden, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc.
Wooden stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom (exit onto a terrace), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom with exit onto a big terrace, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet. Villa delle Bambole disposes of a 1’2000 sqm sized garden, which is completely fenced and cared with lots of love.
There is a swimming pool (6x12m, deep: 1.40m) with an external shower, table, chairs, deck-chairs, sun-umbrella and barbecue at the guests’ disposal to make their outdoor life to the full. Antique furnishings are giving a worm and pleasant atmosphere. Parking on the ground. External utility room with washing machine.
In a small dependence of the villa, separated from the garden of the villa through a hedge, with separate entrance (the guests use the main gate and the owners a small gate), live the owners, they respect the privacy of their guests and remain at disposal in case of any need.
