How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a lovely studio apartment with terrace located within walking distance from the main street Via Fillungo. This 25 sqm love nest has been recently restored and furnished with the outmost care, using the available space at the very best.
Nothing is missing, the apartment has been designed in order to give tenants the essentials for a pleasant stay: the two seats sofa becomes a comfortable double bed, the kitchenette with 2 electrical burners, fridge with freezer compartment, table and chairs for 2 people offers the necessary space for a romantic supper, the spacious bathroom, with modern finishing, has shower, sink and wc.
In order to make the most out of the long Summer days, the apartment offers a beautiful 15 sqm terrace with attractive night lighting and furnished with a table, chairs, sun-lounge and barbecue. The terrace, which is the main feature of this apartment, will be for you a place to use in any part of the day: you may start with a relaxing breakfast in the morning, a lovely lunch or grill “al fresco” later during the day.
If you would like to take a walk and explore the centre of Lucca, you just have to go down the stairs and you will be in the central Via Fillungo where all the shops, cafés, historical palazzi are. The main sights are all within walking distance: among these, we mention the nearby Clock Tower which you can also admire from your terrace.
