How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a small rustic house, a typical house of stone, completely renovated. The house is situated at the border of the picturesque village of Fiano, on the hills between Lucca and the sea, surrounded by meadows and olive groves with a splendid view over the valley.
This holiday house is the perfect choice for people who are looking for green and want to have a break – away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The guest can relax in the big garden (situated few metres from the house), take a walk in the nearby villages or on the surrounding hills and taste some of the specialities of Tuscany in one of the many “trattorie” close to the house.
Ground floor: living room/kitchen, stove (3 fire), electric oven, fridge, fire-place, dining-table, 1 armchair, television with video recorder, steep wooden stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with “fouton”, 1 bathroom in marble (without door) with spa-shower, wc, bidet.
The house is very well furnished with beamed ceilings, visible stones on some of the walls, “Lunigiana” stone tiled floors on the ground floor and parquet on the 1st floor.
The property is 2000sqm big and the “rustico” (part of it is not inhabited, it is sometimes used by the owner as a deposit for some utensils) has a fenced garden with a nice pergola with table, chairs, sun-deck chairs, barbecue. Parking by the house.
