How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This holiday home suits ideally romantic people who like to be in close contact with nature.
The stone cottage has an idyllic location on the hills above Camaiore and offers wonderful views on the coast. The last part of the access road to the house is a short walk (m300) into the wood, the owner will be happy to help you with the transportation of your luggage.
The place guarantees peace and quiet: guests may leisurely chill out at the poolside (diameter m 4,50 depth m 1,20), enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset. In case you would like to leave this oasis, you may give in to temptation of plenty of restaurants, bars and shops along the sea- front boulevard.
Main house: covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, sink made of stone and barbecue. Entrance into the kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, table, arm-chair, SAT-TV, Radio. Steep staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with closet, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, bidet. Dependance about 20 sqm under the main house: 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom.
The house is in a lovely country style furnished. The main house has a pellet oven and the dependence has hot air heating. The parking is located about 300 mt away from the house.
