How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This estate is in the lower folds of the high Pratomagno mountains in the Upper Valdarno, 2Km from Castelfranco di Sopra. Surrounded by beautiful countryside in which ‘balze’ are to be found.
These geological formations have been formed by centuries of erosion of the valley floor leaving exposed towers and strange knife like creations. Three apartments have been made out of old agricultural buildings.
Comfortably furnished they keep their old character by the use of traditional wood, terracotta and stone materials. On one side the apartments look out to a wooden porch and a large garden where each has its own area equipped with outdoor furniture.
On the other side is a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m). There is a fish pond and a farm shop where estate produce such as olive oil, vegetables, game, fruit and wine can be bought.
On the ground-floor of the owners' house there is a small restaurant ( up to 25 sits) which is open both to guests of the Agriturismo and other clients and where you could taste delicious typical local dishes. There is a communal laundry.
Ground floor apartment with sitting/dining room with kitchenette and single sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: SAT TV.
