How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful farmhouse is set in the woody hills that separate the Chiana and the Arno valleys, in a panoramic position with a superb view of the valley below and of the nearby town of Arezzo.
Around the house there is a lovely garden full of flowers, completely fenced, and equipped with gazebo and garden furniture, which merges harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment.
To one side of the garden there is a lovely swimming pool (6 x 9 m., depth 1,20 m.) and an hydro massage bath (6 seats). All around the property there are conifer and oak woods which guarantee fresh and clean air but also maximum privacy.
The furniture is of excellent quality and very comfortable. Satellite TV, barbecue and a children play area are available for guests' use.
Due to the way it has been divided (separate entrances and three kitchens) it is also suitable for the accommodation of more than one family group who decide to spend their holidays together while maintaining a degree of independence. In low and middle season's periods it is possible to rent only one part (up to 5 persons) or two parts (up to 8 persons) of the house.
In this cases, privacy and independence are always guarantee since the rest of the house will not be available for rental. At the arrival all the guests will receive a basket with basic food. Moreover, respecting the need of energy saving, the house is endowed with solar panels.
BASEMENT: Laundry room with washing machine and iron, gym with bench, tapis roulant, step, cyclette etc...
With separate access there is also sitting-dining room with kitchenette, single sofa bed and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: dish-washer, SAT TV, washing machine, freezer, fly screens, espresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, small electric oven, toaster, highchair, Wi-Fi Internet Access.

Swimming towels available on request Euro 2 each.
Idromassage bath on request Euro 30 per week.
