How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

"Casa Martine" is a charming property, recently refurbished, and divided into 2 rental units which share the use of a beautiful in-ground pool (10m x 5m, max. depth 1,35m) equipped with sun umbrella and sun lounges. The property has also a spacious and completely fenced garden. Each rental unit has its own private entrance and its own outdoor area with table and chair for dining "al fresco".
The property is located within the small village of S. Pietro a Vico, in short distance from the city centre of Lucca. It suits ideally a family who plans to spend their holiday in a place with easy access to shops, pharmacy, post-office, bank and restaurants. The location offers also a wide choice of day trip possibilities. From the property guests can reach easily the coast (30 Km), the famous Tuscan towns such as Florence (80 Km) and Pisa (30 Km). The popular mountains of Garfagnana are another interesting destination for those who like hiking and walking.
The rental unit consists of: entrance on the ground floor in the kitchen/living room with stove (4 burners), oven, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, dining table with chairs, 3 arm-chairs, TV, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double-bedroom with cupboard, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet.
The rental unit has its own private outdoor area, completely enclosed, and equipped with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
The furnishings are well-cared and modern, the walls are in light colours and the whole apartment receive much sunlight from big windows.
External utility room (accessed from the garage) with washing machine and clothes horse for common use of the two units.
The garden has a barbecue to share between the 2 units.
Parking on the grounds.
