How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This very charming cottage is situated between Lucca and the sea, in the vicinity of silver shining olive groves and a small wood. Casa Miriam is an excellent choice for those who want to spend a romantic holiday in a tasteful and comfortable holiday home. The coast of the Versilia , the lovely nature and the art beauties of Tuscany are certainly a visit worth. Relax on the deckchairs at the wonderful swimming pool (set in earth, approx. 7 x 4 m, deep: 1.20m) – a completely fenced garden, which is equipped with a table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque is at the guests' full disposal as also the swimming pool.
Entrance: living room with 1 double bed settee, TV, 3 steps to the kitchen, dining table, stove, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
Casa Miriam is furnished with great care and charm – terracotta tiled floors – Tuscan style. Parking next to the cottage.
The owners have built a small golf court, about 600 m from Casa Miriam (close to Casa Poème – same owner) which extends on 4 hectares. The court has a pond, club house, covered exercising square. The golf clubs can be rented. There is a special price arrangement for guests.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
