How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This typical stone house – which has been converted into a cosy holiday home – is located on the hills around Valgiano in an old hamlet. These hills, thanks to the mild climate, are an ideal place for the production of wine and oil. On the well-known “Strada del Vino” there are many farms where it is possible to buy or to taste typical local products. The property is an ideal position to go walking or cycling in the surroundings or to visit the most interesting cities in Tuscany.
Guests have at their disposal a garden area equipped with table and chairs to have meals in the open air and a swimming pool (entirely in earth, 7x4 m, 1,20 m deep) to be shared with 2 other holiday homes, 300 m from the house. Deckchairs and beach umbrella are also available.
1st floor (whithin an external staircase): spacious living/dining room with dining table, 1 double settee, fireplace, kitchen area with stove/oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, wc/bidet.
The apartment has been refurbished with taste, partly preserving brick walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors, furniture is in modern style.
