How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Set amidst the beautiful Tuscan countryside, on the border between the provinces of Siena and Arezzo is a beautiful brick and stone country house with barn that is available to guests.
The main building retains its original structural characteristics which show its ancient rural origins; oak beams, arches and ceilings in handmade terracotta bricks, terracotta floors and furnishings in rustic Tuscan style that are comfortable and carefully chosen give the house a very special charm.
There is a traditional wood oven with barbecue in the portico at the front of the house, allowing tasty barbecues accompanied by fine Tuscan wines to be prepared. The garden around the house is partially fenced off and shaded by tall plants on all sides.
At the back of the house there is a beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1,50 m) in a sunny panoramic position and a charming gazebo equipped with garden furniture. Satellite TV and DVD player.
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, living room/dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and cupboard.
FIRST FLOOR: accessible both by an internal and external staircase with a small loggia and is made up of two double bedrooms, one of which has a large sun terrace equipped with chairs and umbrella, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath.
In the barn adjacent to the house there is a living room/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: freezer, high chair, iron, dish-washer, washing-machine, oven, toaster, filter coffee maker, SAT TV and DVD player.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT : swimmng pool, table, chairs and barbecue.
