How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This villa is placed in the heart of the luxuriant countryside of the Valdichiana Valley, between the two typical villages of Foiano della Chiana and Lucignano. The property is composed of the manor house, where the owners live, and the annex which is at our guests’ disposal.
The two houses are surrounded by a large green garden equipped with table and chairs to eat and relax al fresco, and the beautiful swimming pool (size m 11x4,5 with salt depuration system) to share sometimes with the owners.
At our guests’ disposal the satellite TV, the wood burning oven, the barbecue, the laundry room with washing machine, dishwasher, iron and Internet connection. Possibility to rent mountain bikes. The house is also provided with air conditioning.
Little independent house on the ground floor comprising living-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower (hidromassage).
EQUIPMENT: freezer, four, dish-washer, washing machine, moka coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, iron, internet access, satellite TV.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Air conditioning Euro 0,60 per kwh
Swimming towels available on request free of charge.
