How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

In a panoramic and quiet position, close to the village of Castiglion Fiorentino, one of the most important villages in theValdichiana with shops, restaurants and all kinds of facilities, we find a cottage divided into two pleasant apartments, each one with independent entrance.
The apartment on the ground floor is at our guests' disposal, in the other, on the first floor, lives the owner. In front of the lovely cottage, on a natural terrace overlooking the valley, there is a wide green space where a pool with hydromassage, (size 4 x 8 m, depth 1,20-1,80 m) has been built for the exclusive use of the guests.
The beautiful porch at the front of the house, equipped with outdoor furniture, offers the possibility to eat outside while admiring the charming landscape of the Chiana Valley. Barbecue and private car spot inside the property. The furniture is well chosen and comfortable and fits in perfectly with the character of the house.
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen-dining room, wide living-dining room with double sofa-bed, overlooking the porch, two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and a wc.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, TV, oven.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each
