How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Enchanting stone farmhouse 700 metres above sea level, the result of careful renovation of an old barn next to an old 18th century manor house. Inside the house the original stone floors, the stone and brick walls and arches and the beautiful wooden ceilings have been well preserved.
The furniture is comfortable and has been carefully chosen so that it adapts magnificently to the characteristic features of the house.
In front of the house there is a private and panoramic garden, equipped with tables and chairs, where there is a beautiful swimming pool ( 4 x 8 metres) which merges well with the delicate environment surrounding it.
A stay in this house is above all an opportunity, not to be missed, to immerse oneself in the enchanting natural surroundings of Cortona's mountains.
For those of you who like excursions and discovering new places there are some fascinating natural itineraries close at hand where it is normal to see a falcon circling slowly above you in the sky or a startled deer disappearing into the woods.
On request during the holiday the owner will cook typical Tuscan dishes, and could teach you how to prepare homemade bread and pasta.
GROUND FLOOR: sitting-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
From the sitting room up a stone and wood staircase you reach a bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: access via internal stone staircase, two double bedrooms one with bathroom with shower, twin bedroom.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing machine, oven, dish washer, SAT TV, filter coffee maker.

Swimming towels available on request on payment of Euro 3 each
