How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful villa situated only 1 km outside the medieval and characteristic village of Castiglion Fiorentino, reachable with a shot walk, endowed with shops, cafés and restaurants.
All around the house a wide, 6000 m2, partially fenced garden. For the exclusive use of our guests: the gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, the barbecue, the lovely swimming pool (size m. 5x10, depth m. 1,40-2,00) and a solarium area equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
On a side of the garden the owner's house, who will be a discreet and certain presence for any information or need. The internal finish and the furniture are very well refined and each room is characterised by hand made painting which give to the house an elegant and aristocratic feel.
There are some pieces of period and valuable furniture.
GROUND FLOOR: going up 4 steps, porch equipped with table and chairs, entrance in the wide living-dining room with kitchen corner, double bedroom, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
Sitting-room with double sofa bed, small bathroom (washbasin, WC and bidet).kitchen-dining room, wide living-room with sofas and TV, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access through internal staircase, wide living-room with fireplace, sofas and TV, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. Large panoramic balcony with view on the village of Castiglion Fiorentino.
EQUIPMENT: satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, oven, microwave, Internet key access, table tennis, air conditioning.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
Air conditioning (only first floor) Euro 30 per week.
