How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a beautiful villa located in the countryside in the green hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, a few kilometers from Cortona, a quaint town rich in history and offers shops and services of all kinds.
At about 1 km you will find a restaurant and a mini market where you can buy basic things. All around the villa a large garden (1.500 m2) surrounded by olive groves where you will find a beautiful swimming pool (size 6x12-prof. 1.30 to 2.30 m.), a barbecue, a wood burning oven and table and chairs for outdoor dinners.
The good quality furniture and all kind of facilities (washing machine, dishwasher, TV, air conditioning, etc. ..) will guarantee a comfortable vacation. On request, the owner can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.
GROUND FLOOR: large veranda with windows that you can open and close, equipped with a table, chairs and sofa, kitchen, large double bedroom with sitting area, bathroom with shower, sitting room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower.
ATTIC (height from 1.60 to 2.40 m.) With access from the kitchen with wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom (not possible to make double) , bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, TV, filter coffee maker, air conditioning (ground floor)
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Air conditioning (ground floor) Euro 50 per week.
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
