How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Beautiful stone villa set amongst the olive clad hills above the ancient medieval town of Monte San Savino. The town is full of interesting and important buildings dating from the Middle Ages to modern times.
During the year there any many cultural events which attract tourists from all over Italy and Europe. From both the garden around the house and the rear terrace there are lovely views across the Val di Chiana from Arezzo to Monte Amiata.
To one side of the garden equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue, there is a 6 x 12 meter swimming pool (depth mt 1,20-2,20) with bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR: large and airy sitting room with fireplace facing on one side the terrace and on the other the porch. The terrace has lovely views and is especially suitable for outdoor meals; kitchen/dining room, two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, two bathrooms with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, small sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed. There is also a partially underground garage and laundry room.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dish-washer, SAT TV, freezer, oven, iron, filter coffee maker, high chair, hoover, CD player, microwave, toaster.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT : swimming pool, table tennis, table, chairs, barbecue.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person with a minimum of Euro 70.
