How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is beautiful villa set in a panoramic position giving a superb view over the whole of Valdichiana and the nearby town of Cortona (reachable with a short walk). The area, which has a rich artistic patrimony is sought after by people from all over the world.
Today the city of Cortona, which preserves intact historical testimonies of its ancient origins, has facilities of every kind and all over the year there are several famous cultural and folk initiatives to cheer the tourists stay.
The Francescano delle Celle hermitage which is a place of peace and tranquillity founded in the 12th century by followers of Saint Francis of Assisi, is a stones throw from the house. Cortona is reachable on a short walking through a path of approx. 1 km.
The holiday villa is situated on a hilltop, amidst terraced olive groves that stretch down into the valley. Near the villa there is a large natural terrace, surrounded by olive trees and equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and a 6 x 12 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-1,50m).
The villa is furnished in tasteful Tuscan style.
GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen, living/dining room, bedroom with two single beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Access is from the garden on the uphill side of the house. Large sun terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella, sitting room with double sofa bed, living room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: TV, freezer, iron, high chair, washing machine, oven.

Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only.
